Try us First. With that motto, Willem Gispen and Ru Meijer laid the foundation for today’s Kembo, almost sixty years ago. Gispen provided designs for the company’s top-quality collection and Ru Meijer contributed the commercial talent.

Since 1966 Meijer’s descendants have steered a course for the company that has been very much in the spirit of the founders with beauty, quality and sustainability as guiding principles. In addition to a range of quality furniture, Kembo has increasingly been providing consultancy for major interior design projects. We have built an excellent reputation in the health care and commercial sector and, more recently, in the domestic market as well.
